Dill Pickle Lentil Hummus

Recipe:

1/4 Cup Organic Tahini

3 Tbsp Organic Dill Pickle Juice

2 Tbsp Organic Avocado or Olive Oil

1/3 tsp Organic Cumin

3/4 tsp Salt

3 Medium Organic Pickles

1 Organic Lemon, juiced

1 - 2 Tbsp Fresh Organic Dill

2 Cups Organic Green Lentils, cooked

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth.

Serve with a fresh organic vegetable tray, crackers or home made naan bread!
