Chocolate Oat Balls

Ingredients:

  • 70g Organic Oats

  • 20g One Organic Farm Organic Whole Flaxseed, freshly ground

  • 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

  • 8 Organic Pitted Dates

  • 1/3 Cup Water

  • 3 Tbsp Organic Cocoa Powder

Directions:

In a food processor, pulse the oats, cocoa and ground flax. After it’s mixed well, add vanilla and dates. Blend until the mixture is well combined. Add water to form a ball and dip the ball in one of your favorite coatings and top with toasted coconut!

Chocolate Dip

Melt 1/2 Cp Organic Chocolate Chips until smooth, add 1/2 tsp Organic Coconut Oil and mix until well combined.

Date Caramel Dip

Pulse 10 organic pitted dates until small bits remain. SLOWLY add hot water and pinch of salt. Pulse until the mixture is smooth .
